Small Unique Flat Rolled Roof For A Custom Build

The home owner wanted to enclose the space between his two garages he had built years ago. They installed siding, a small garage door, and a roof. The roof was never fully enclosed, and started leaking a lot only one year after they installed this plastic material. The major issue to solve was the roof due to leaks, and we had very little space to work with.

We added three new joists to the structure due to not having enough space between them. We then put in new sheathing for a solid foundation. We installed the full rolled roofing system color white. We installed new custom flashing metal (can't see) under the gutters and up the wall due to what little space we had, and then rolled the base and cap layers of this flat roof up the wall to add even more flashing as well.

This full flat roofing system fixed all the leaks, and saved the customer a lot of money from damaged drywall, siding, joists, and equipment he had in this storage. He now has a 30yr guarantee on this roof, and will be able to enjoy the extra storage area worry free that leaks are happening.
