New Roof For Our Friends In East Nashville, Tennessee

Two years ago we did the gutters on their second home right next door. They called us back to check the roof and decided to install a full new roof. The customer had a couple leaks, and the older shingles were showing signs of needed to be replaced due to age.

The home owners wanted to keep the color as close to the original roof as possible. Due to their exterior barn still having the same Weatherwood Shingles, they wanted a perfect match. This is a GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural Shingle we installed. The customer had slat decking with giant gaps in between the 6" boards, so we installed 95 new 4'x8' OSB boards around the entire home. We installed the FULL Roofing System including upgraded ridge-vents. Installing new custom metal flashing around their chimney as well.

This Weatherwood Color Shingles goes with almost any color home. It is very popular because it gives a warm contrast that matches white trim or black trim. If someone painted their home, this roof color helps it stand out more.
