New Roof For Our Friend In Murfreesboro, Tennessee

This customer in Murfreesboro, Tennessee was one of our very first customers when starting Tenn & Co Exteriors. We did some repairs on the roof, and a few years later, she decided to sell her home, and gave us a call to replace the entire roof. To get more "bang-for-your-buck" when selling the home, she added a new HVAC Unit and Roof, increasing the value greatly when selling!

We installed the FULL GAF Roofing System in the color of "Pewter Gray". This is a very popular neutral color that allows the siding, windows, trims, and gutters to be any color, and still look amazing together. We had to upgrade the ventilation of the home. Previously having only gable vents, so we installed the Ridge-Vent and Intake-Vents. Intake-Vents are installed on a home since there are no soffit vents. This allows the air to be pulled from the lowest part of the attic space, providing much better attic ventilation.

We brought a big dumpster that has wheels on site to throw away all materials. We then cleaned up all the nails around the yard using three magnet rollers. Once the project was complete, the customer made us chocolate cookies which were amazing! :)
