We do! With Service Financing LLC we use them for all of our financing. Based on credit, they will be able to check and see what you can get approved for. They work with Roofing, Siding, Window, Gutter, and Door Companies all the time. We love using them for their prices, customer service, and no surprise fees to the home owner.

It is a good idea if you have an HOA in your neighborhood to check with them on colors, designs, and if they are going to help pay for part of the project. If you decide to do a project on your home without their approval on the project, there is a possible fee they will charge you until it is changed.

Most roofing projects are done by the end of the day based on size and complexity of your home. Siding takes 2-5 days based on size and type of siding we install. Weather is a major factor, and will be the only reason we delay.

If a project such as siding is a special order item, it could take up to 6 weeks to get materials. Getting windows is roughly 3-5 weeks. Starting a roofing project we are only a week out on materials and starting the project. If you are dealing with an insurance company, it may take much longer based on how soon they approve the project.

Yes. Warranties for siding, roofing, and windows are all different. However, we off Materials, Flashing, AND Labor warranties on all projects. We can offer up to a 50 year warranty on most project.
