Soffits, Fascia Metal, Ridge-Vent Repairs, & Seamless Gutters for our friends in Nashville, Tennessee

The customer was working with another contractor when everything went bad... They did not install ventilation in their metal roof. They did not install vented soffits. Many other issues started with garage door, windows, and siding. Customer called us to get the project completed correctly before he had the entire home painted.

We removed and replaced the metal ridge vent and installed Snap-Z 14" ventilation parts to this metal roof over the new garage. We fixed trim work around home using James Hardie 3" trim boards. We installed new fascia metal to match paint color. We installed new James Hardie vented soffits because solid soffits we installed by other company. Last but not least we install 6" Seamless Gutters to match. Customer had the home painted "White Dove" by Benjamin Moore.

The customer still has much to be done for this remodel project. They are fixing the AC, new floors, much drywall to be done, and fixing the back patio with a new ceiling and fans. This will be looking like a brand new place once done!
