New PRIMED Smooth James Hardie Siding & Paint in East Nashville Tennessee

The customer wanted to get a color on their home that matched with nature. To make it stand out more, they chose white trim, soffit, fascia, and freeze boards. They did not what a standard green color, but a lighter green So we installed the PRIMED (yellow) James Hardie panels that are ready to be painted. They chose their own paint color for the exact look they wanted.

We took off the old vinyl siding and installed the Primed (yellow) Smooth Siding Panels with Board And Batten design added per customer request. The owner wanted a "Sunburst" design above the front entrance. So we did our own custom design using the panels, then covered it will a custom sun design I made out of a giant PVC Board.

We installed new white James Hardie Soffits at the eaves of the home (except the front entrance, and they had a unique extension added to home with intake-vents). We added new white light mounts, freeze boards, "belly boards", corner posts, and trims around all windows and doors. Customer wanted to do 50/50. We financed 50% of the project and they paid the other 50% once completed. This made it easy for them to start and design their dream home.

This project from start to finish took roughly 5-6 days total. Due to all the crazy weather in Nashville the painting part took a little longer than expected. We provided a Lifetime Warranty on Materials, Flashing, AND Labor for this project.
